Judge Not?

Ah, judgment. Such a loaded term in spiritual circles! Can we ever stop judging ourselves and others? And if not, can we still … y’know … walk the path? In my experience, the answer is a resounding YES, and in this session I will share what brought me to that understanding.
This session will be similar to our previous meetups: some quick intros, a brief talk, a 30ish-minute sitting, and time for Q+A and general discussion.
