“If You’re Going Through Hell, Keep Going”

Many insights from my early mindfulness training showed me the way through my darkest days, and they still form the foundation for my practice today. In this session, I’ll share some of these.
This session will follow our usual format: we’ll open with a brief talk, followed by a 25-minute guided meditation and a Q+A/discussion period.
