Taming the Overactive Mind

Planning … fretting … ruminating … problem-solving … all at the same time? And all OF the time?

That all sounds pretty familiar to this “Type A” guy. Let’s take a look at the mindset that creates this pattern, and then practice several ways to let it dissolve.

This session will follow our usual format: we’ll open with a brief talk, followed by a 25-minute guided meditation and a Q+A/discussion period.
