A Subtle But Powerful New Mindfulness Technique

I recently came across a new (to me!) mindfulness technique to share. It’s very quick to describe, so we won’t have the usual talk before we sit … for those who enjoy the talks, there will be plenty of that in the psychology-meets-meditation overview in Mindfulness for the Professionally Anxious the following week. 😉 Instead, we’ll spend a little extra time practicing the technique and may have more time for discussion/Q+A as well.
Oh, I’ll also explain what’s up with the bunny. It’s not for Easter. 😄
