CALM: Calming Anxiety by Living Mindfully (in-person event)

Techniques for working with fear and anxiety using mindfulness and insight meditation. An in-person version of my popular weekly series on [Insight Timer Live](https://insighttimer.com/mindfulnessinbluejeans).
This session will follow our usual format: we’ll open with a brief talk, followed by a 25-minute guided meditation and a Q+A/discussion period.

We’ll be meeting in the Watertown Savings Bank room on the first floor of the Watertown Public Library. The room is down the hallway right by the main desk. Feel free to bring cushions, pillows, etc. for our sitting, and there are chairs available if that’s preferred.
