Confronting Insomnia (Online event)

In mindfulness and insight meditation practice, we often talk about being awake … but there’s one kind of “being awake” that isn’t ideal. In this session, we’ll work with the dreaded issue of insomnia.
As usual, we’ll open with a brief talk, followed by a 25-minute guided meditation and a Q+A/discussion period.
