Holding space for ourselves is usually the first thing we need and the last thing we do … so when we finally do so, we discover that we’re not very good at it. Let’s work with some techniques to hone this crucial skill.
This session will follow our usual format: we’ll open with a brief talk, followed by a 25-minute guided meditation and a Q+A/discussion period.
