Inquire Within (In-Person Event)

There are many common questions about mindfulness and insight meditation practice, and many of us often feel confused or stuck in the same places. Am I supposed to be watching the breathing, or, y’know … having insights? Can I move when my leg falls asleep, and am I allowed to scratch that itch? Is there more than one right – or wrong – way to practice? Oh, and by the way … when is it ok to stop?
Let’s look at clearing some of these up. Have a question you’d like submit? Feel free to drop me a line here on Meetup or via MindfulnessInBlueJeans.com … and we’ll also be having our usual 25-minute guided meditation and Q+A/discussion period, so you can ask whatever you like during the latter as well.

We’ll be meeting in the Watertown Savings Bank room on the first floor of the Watertown Public Library. The room is down the hallway right by the main desk. Feel free to bring cushions, pillows, etc. for our sitting, and there are chairs available if that’s preferred.
