***About this Event***
Fear is a cloud. It looks solid … but that’s an illusion. It moves. It yields. It has no real substance. And you can make it evaporate.
Blow away the cloud of fear with a simple four-step process:
1. Control
2. Identification
3. Disintegration
4. Harmony
When we learn how to apply skillful control, we can accurately identify the sources and manifestations of our fear. Then, the targeted disintegration method we’ll use breaks apart the vicious cycle of dread. This opens the space to create genuine inner harmony … maybe for the very first time.
***What people have reported experiencing from day one***
• Deeper sleep
• Inner clarity
• Insight and self-understanding
• Acceptance and compassion
• Life-altering “a-ha!” moments
***How this system was developed***
I was housebound for six months in 1998 with clinical anxiety, depression, panic disorder, and agoraphobia. I went on disability because I couldn’t pass my front door without terror, let alone actually go to work.
When my doctor prescribed this “mindfulness” thing, I wasn’t impressed. I figured I’d give it a quick try, and when it inevitably failed he’d have to give me the REAL treatment.
That was over 20 years ago, and I’m still doing this mindfulness thing.
But you don’t have trapped at home with relentless panic – like I was – to be imprisoned by fear.
We’re so used to feeling fear that sometimes we don’t even see how it’s controlling us and making us miserable until we’re in too deep. It becomes our normal state, which is why it’s never enough to just “decide” to stop being so anxious; we need a systematic way to shatter the walls.
The presentation of these techniques – and the way they build upon and reinforce each other – comes from over two decades of sustained practice, research, and refinement. We already know WHAT we want to do, and WHY; this workshop provides the HOW.
***What we’ll do***
This workshop will be divided into five short parts.
Parts 1 – 4 will focus on the four core elements (Control, Identification, Disintegration, and Harmony) that build toward our release from fear’s grip. Each of these parts will have an overview of its element, a 15-minute guided mindfulness meditation, and a brief journaling period. Part 5 will be an open discussion and Q+A.
***Investment levels***
Limited tickets are available at three investment levels; please select the one most appropriate for you. Those with the means and generosity to choose the benefactor rate make it possible to offer tickets at the scholarship rate so that everyone has an opportunity to attend.
During checkout, you’ll also have the opportunity to receive guided audio sessions that you can start using today.
