There are many common questions about mindfulness and insight meditation practice, and many of us often feel confused or stuck in the same places. When is the best time to practice? And for how long? And what am I really supposed to be doing? Can I move when my leg falls asleep, and am I allowed to scratch that itch? Is there more than one right – or wrong – way to practice? Oh, and by the way … when is it ok to stop?
